Cylinder head milling. This is a KwikWay 8555 head surfacer I put about 40 hours into restoring and converting to a mill. The ways were remachined at Worrell Industries right here in Berkeley and the grinding stone was replaced with a Jamison milling head. The traverse motor was replaced with a DC speed controlled motor, to slow the feed rate down to a barely perceptible creep.
